Eligibility

• ccvv does not work as described after granting Accessibility on macOS 13+
• License activation or core features (Cmd+cc/vv) fail despite following the install guide

Exclusions

• After 14 days
• License key sharing or abuse
• Free 7-day in-app trial only (no payment made)
